Jura no Mizuki (特別読み切り ジュラのミヅキ) is a oneshot manga created by Yoshihiro Togashi which was published in Hop Step Sho Selection Volume 1 in March of 1987.

Togashi received an honorable mention for this manga for the Hop Step Award Selection in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue No.21 on May 4th, 1987.
It says here Togashi was 20 but when the page for his honorable mention came out he had already turned 21. Assuming, Shonen Jump kept his age for 20 to let others know that that's how old he was when he wrote and drew the manga. There could have been a lot of reasons why as for example, whether Shonen Jump had already sent in the information to have everything published on time but hadn't notice or even known it was or would have been Togashi's birthday. It could have been a common mistake. Again, there could have been many reasons why they kept his age at 20 but who's really to know?
Back on topic, the six judges who selected Togashi as a candidate were
- Masami Kurumada (Mangaka of Saint Seiya)
- Yoichi Takahashi (Mangaka of Captain Tsubasa
- Yoshihiro Takahashi (Mangaka of Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin)
- Shinji Hiramatsu (Mangaka of Black Angels)
- Tsukasa Hojo (Mangaka of City Hunter)
- Motoei Shinzawa (Mangaka of High School! Kimengumi)
Jura no Miduki was later published as a "special oneshot" in Ten de Showaru Cupid Vol. 4 (another manga by Togashi) in November of 1990 which can be purchased here in Japanese and/or read here in Japanese.
